Job Summary
Join Little Krazy, a whimsical fine-dining restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as a Hostess. You will welcome guests with warmth and energy, provide detailed menu knowledge, make personalized recommendations, and ensure every guest experiences authentic Saudi hospitality. This role combines professional service, salesmanship, and storytelling to create unforgettable dining experiences. Full relocation support including visa, flights, and accommodation is provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and embody the restaurant's unique spirit and energy
- Present, explain, and promote menu items including specials, ingredients, preparation methods, and cultural context
- Proactively upsell premium dishes, chef's specials, signature drinks, and desserts to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Make confident, thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal and anticipate needs proactively; handle complaints professionally
- Maintain full knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including allergens and dietary options
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Assist in table setting, resetting, and maintaining a clean and organized service area
- Uphold hygiene and grooming standards and wear the designated themed uniform with pride
Requirements
- 1–3 years' experience in a 5-star hotel or fine-dining restaurant
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Basic POS and order management skills
- Outgoing, confident, and charismatic personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service
