About the Role
As a Cloud Program Analyst at Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), you will drive and manage cloud programs across multiple regions. This is a fully operational (non-technical) role reporting directly to the Global Lead for Microsoft Modern Workplace & Copilot. You will work closely with Microsoft and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage global programs including Microsoft CSP, Modern Workplace, and Copilot, overseeing funding program execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact between suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Lead multi-country program execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, and timelines
- Educate and support stakeholders on cloud program capabilities and partnership opportunities
- Monitor, analyze, and report on program performance to identify improvement areas
- Support governance processes and ensure compliance with internal and supplier standards
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously

What We're Looking For
We seek a junior to mid-senior professional with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Project management experience in a global, multi-country environment
- Familiarity with Cloud/Microsoft products and services (Modern Workplace or Copilot) – highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and influence decisions
- Excellent communication skills (fluent in English, written and verbal)
- Ability to educate, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in process optimization, documentation management, and program governance
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments
