What You'll Do

As an Advanced Analytics Intern, you will collaborate with consulting teams to deliver analytics solutions across diverse client engagements. Your work will span the entire analytics lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design to development, deployment, and support.

  • Deliver original analysis and insights to case teams, owning analytics modules or components
  • Build statistical models, algorithms, and data-driven solutions using Python, R, SQL, and visualization tools
  • Create dashboards, MVPs, and software modules that translate analytical findings into actionable business solutions
  • Train project and client teams on advanced analytics methodologies and tool usage
  • Communicate complex analytical insights through clear visualizations, presentations, and documentation
  • Develop expertise in at least one analytics platform or specialized domain

Required Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Python or R: code development, debugging, and packaging using IDEs like PyCharm, R-Studio, or Visual Studio
  • SQL scripting and relational database querying (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL)
  • Data wrangling with Python (pandas) or R
  • Statistical inference and analysis using Python, R, or Excel
  • Data visualization tools: Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView, or Dash
  • Self-directed learning and rapid adaptation to new technology stacks

Preferred Technical Skills

  • Building scalable dashboards and web applications with Django, Flask, React, Vue, or Angular
  • Low-code analytics platforms: Alteryx, Knime, Dataiku, SAS, or SPSS
  • Domain expertise in customer analytics, pricing optimization, supply chain, or workforce allocation
  • GeoAnalytics, simulation modeling, or optimization techniques (Operations Research, Linear Programming)
  • Big data environments: Amazon Redshift, Hadoop, or Teradata
  • Collaboration tools: JIRA, Confluence, or GitHub

Your Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics
  • Previous internship experience in Advanced Analytics
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
