About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Skills Mapping & Development: Establish skills matrices, implement management systems, drive strategic development plans, and ensure alignment with client and technological needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Foster high-performing project management culture, drive continuous improvement, ensure client satisfaction, and handle complaints.
  • Business Development: Identify new project opportunities, qualify prospects, and support RFQ analysis and responses.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 10–15 years in automotive engineering or engineering services
