About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Director at Hilton, you will provide strategic direction for all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations, delivering memorable experiences that enhance every guest's stay. This is a leadership position focused on maximizing profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities

• Define F&B operational strategy and provide leadership direction to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and marketing
• Drive operational excellence by planning and overseeing administrative and operational functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and policy implementation
• Manage costs and revenue by implementing effective controls for food, beverage, and labor costs while driving revenue through innovative marketing initiatives
• Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs to drive engagement and retention
• Ensure regulatory excellence by upholding compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
