Role Overview

Join a Microsoft Gold Partner as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365CE) Analyst Programmer. You will be part of the customer delivery team, assisting in the technical implementation and design of D365CE solutions for medium to large organisations. You will work with both onshore and offshore development teams to deliver integration solutions between D365CE and third-party legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities

Implement integration solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Common Data Service, Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus
Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects to create sustainable solutions and comprehensive project documentation
Develop components across the Microsoft stack including Power BI, Power Apps, and PowerApps
Ensure proper code management, source control, unit testing, and code reviews for all development work
Work in Agile or Waterfall environments depending on project requirements
Communicate progress updates and identify risks early through appropriate governance channels

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (2015, 2016, or 365)
