Role Overview

Join our client's Microsoft Business Solutions team as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365CE) Senior Analyst Programmer. As a member of the customer delivery team, you will design and implement technical D365CE solutions, working with both onshore and offshore development teams. You will develop integration solutions between D365CE and third-party legacy systems, leveraging extensive experience with .Net and JavaScript development while adhering to best practices in code management, testing, and build processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement technical D365CE solutions in collaboration with Solution and Technical Architects
  • Develop D365CE extensions including plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and APIs
  • Create integration solutions between D365CE and third-party systems using Microsoft technologies such as Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Common Data Service
  • Manage code repositories, conduct unit testing, and perform code reviews using Azure DevOps
  • Develop components across the Microsoft stack including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
  • Lead technical documentation and communicate progress updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in computing or business discipline
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Certification
  • More than 5 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement, CRM Online, or .Net Technology stack
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience designing and developing D365CE extensions, plugins, workflows, and JavaScript
  • Strong knowledge of .Net development best practices, source control, unit testing, and build processes
  • Expertise in D365CE configuration, customization, workflows, dashboards, forms, and reports
  • Understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Dataverse customization
  • Experience with Power Platform stack, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Power Apps
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, Integration Services, and Analysis Services
  • Data migration experience and familiarity with third-party tools such as Scribe or Kingsway Soft SSIS adapters
  • Proven track record implementing D365CE solutions in enterprise environments
  • Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies in delivery-oriented IT environments
