Position Overview

This is a business analyst role for finance and operations supporting a pan-EMEA ERP implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/D365. You will manage multiple system migrations across geographies, oversee new functionality testing and rollout, and harmonize finance processes across regions. You will report to the ECS EMEA Financial Processes Manager and collaborate with local business units, IT, and Business Transformation teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as business process expert on finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Ship and Claim, Fixed Assets, and Cash and Bank
  • Maintain core model governance structure to manage evolution of finance processes, functional and reporting requirements
  • Harmonize key finance processes and procedures across EMEA countries and systems during migration to the new platform
  • Conduct gap analysis on finance modules and processes between local systems and the AX core model
  • Review and validate IT-delivered functional specifications and conduct user acceptance testing with formal sign-offs
  • Support tool implementation including AX add-on modules such as invoice scanning and cash application tools
  • Lead system migrations including end-to-end acceptance testing and post go-live support
  • Provide end-user training on financial process expert areas

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance or IT (with finance experience)
  • Minimum 3 years in a Finance IT role with previous ERP implementation experience
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and proactive approach
  • Detail-oriented and stress-resilient
  • Multi-cultural competencies

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Microsoft AX2012 or D365
