About the Role

- Mentor and develop individual consultants on your team
- Contribute to firm practices and knowledge development
- Communicate findings effectively to senior client leadership
Your Qualifications
- 8+ years of consulting experience in international environments
- Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MPP, PhD, or equivalent professional qualification)
- Proven leadership experience with ability to inspire and build followership
- Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication abilities in English and local languages
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing situations
- Strategic thinking and strong project management capabilities
