Vos missions

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and KPI frameworks aligned with business objectives.
  • Connect, consolidate, and transform data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, finance, operations) and develop automated data pipelines.
  • Develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and implement reporting distribution systems.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement AI-powered solutions (Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT APIs) to enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders, translate business challenges into technical solutions, and provide training to end users.

Profil recherché

Role Purpose

We are seeking a Data & AI Automation Consultant to design, implement, and optimize intelligent reporting and automation solutions that improve business performance, operational efficiency, and decision-making. This role combines expertise in Business Intelligence, Power BI, data integration, automation, and applied AI solutions to help reduce manual reporting efforts, improve data visibility, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reporting environments aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and reporting structures for accuracy and scalability.
  • Deliver actionable insights to management teams and key stakeholders.

Data Integration & Automation

  • Connect, consolidate, and transform data from multiple sources including CRM, ERP, finance, operations, and external platforms.
  • Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and reporting processes using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Implement automated reporting distribution and notification systems to improve operational efficiency.

AI Solutions & Intelligent Reporting

  • Research, evaluate, and implement AI-powered solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and ChatGPT APIs to enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Develop intelligent reporting solutions capable of generating automated business summaries and trend analysis.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Gather reporting and automation requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Present insights, dashboards, and recommendations to management teams and provide training to end users.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Power BI Development, Data Analytics, or Data Consulting roles.
  • Proven experience building enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and integrating data from multiple business systems.

Essential Skills

  • Advanced Power BI development, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling expertise.
  • SQL proficiency (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ETL processes.
  • Microsoft Power Automate and workflow automation capabilities.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies including Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and generative AI applications.
  • Data analysis, business performance reporting, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Python (Pandas, NumPy), Azure Data Services, Machine Learning Fundamentals, and CRM/ERP integrations.
  • Experience in commercial, operations, retail, distribution, telecom, or financial services environments.
