  • You have experience as a Principal, Deputy Head, Head of Primary/Secondary or senior educational leader ready for first Principal role
  • You demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, collaborative mindset and willingness to share learning across international networks
  • You are committed to safeguarding, student wellbeing, inclusion and creating schools recognized as Schools of Choice in their communities
  • You have international school experience or are a UK-based leader ready to transition into international education

About the Role

International Schools Partnership (ISP) is seeking expressions of interest from exceptional educational leaders for Principal / Head of School positions within its global network of 120+ schools across 25+ countries for the 2027/28 academic year and beyond.

As a Principal / Head of School, you will lead a school within this international network with vision, empathy and integrity, creating safe, inclusive and supportive environments where students and adults thrive. You will provide strategic and inspirational leadership while working closely with your Regional Managing Director and colleagues across ISP.

Key Leadership Areas

  • People Development & Wellbeing: Build a high-performing, engaged school community where students and colleagues feel safe, valued and supported. Develop leadership capacity and a culture of continuous professional learning.
  • Student Learning Outcomes: Lead the pursuit of high-quality teaching and learning. Embed ISP's Learning.First approach and use evidence and data to drive sustained improvement and exceptional student outcomes.
  • Community & Exceptional Customer Experience: Position the school as a School of Choice within its local community. Build strong relationships with students, parents, carers and stakeholders to strengthen reputation, engagement and enrolment.
  • Commercial Success: Take ownership of operational and commercial performance. Ensure effective resource use, support sustainable enrolment and income growth, and deliver financial targets while maintaining highest standards of education and safeguarding.

About You

We are interested in leaders who demonstrate a strong track record of educational leadership and school improvement. You may currently be a Principal / Head of School, Deputy Head / Vice Principal, Head of Primary or Secondary, or a senior educational leader preparing for your first Principal position.
