Overview

Supervise and monitor inventory processes to maintain adequate stock levels that meet daily distribution demands while minimizing excess supply.

Main Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Organize and staff the team with adequate resources and talent to achieve organizational excellence. Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to develop team skills and career paths.
  • Cycle Count: Manage regular cycle counts of product inventories and maintain adequate levels to meet customer demand. Check and record production and expiry dates to ensure FEFO stock rotation is fully implemented.
  • Inbound Operations: Ensure all incoming shipments are received via WMS with one batch per pallet.
  • Picking Operations: Ensure all picking deadlines and priority cut-off times are met for timely checking and delivery. Ensure waves are printed, distributed, and picked to meet deadlines while maintaining FIFO concept.
  • Reporting: Prepare L&R accuracy and KPI reports on a weekly basis.
  • Role Modeling: Act as a role model by living Transmed Purpose on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma (required)
  • Technical Degree (preferred)
  • 2-3 years of experience in logistics
