Your Role

As a Manager Data Scientist, you will:

  • Lead ambitious client transformation projects through data science solutions
  • Develop data science products and solutions for clients and internal teams
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs
  • Mentor and upskill less experienced Data Scientists, ensuring high-quality project delivery
  • Write optimised code to advance our internal toolbox and knowledge base
  • Collaborate with Consulting partners, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Product Owners

What You'll Learn

  • Deliver end-to-end machine learning pipelines on real-world problems across industries
  • Specialise in areas such as Time Series Forecasting, MLOps, NLP, Computer Vision, Optimization, or Customer Intelligence
  • Apply ML Ops best practices and improve software engineering skills
  • Work with state-of-the-art algorithms on real client data

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in machine learning, mathematics, computer science, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing data-driven solutions in corporate or consulting settings
  • Strong expertise in data processing, data modelling, algorithms, and data architecture
  • Fluency in Python, R, SQL, or similar languages
  • Proven experience leading technical projects in business contexts
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with intellectual curiosity
