Our Data Science team in Morocco tackles use cases involving Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI, delivering novel projects with tangible business value.
Main Responsibilities
- Qualify feasibility of use cases by translating business challenges into technical formulations
- Define business and statistical hypotheses, build solutions, and conduct testing and validation
- Develop production-ready solutions for validated use cases
- Propose adequate AI and machine learning options to address business needs and act as algorithm expert
- Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot data models integrated into delivered solutions
- Assess data quality, clean and aggregate data, develop and train models following MLOps principles
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of prior Data Science experience
- Master's degree in Applied Mathematics, Advanced Statistics, Data Science, or related discipline
- Very proficient in Python
- Strong knowledge of data science algorithms with proven experience developing Statistical and ML algorithms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English (ideally)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consulting
- Experience with cloud technologies
- Knowledge of Spark
- Knowledge of MLOps principles
