The Role
As a Manager at BCG Platinion, you will work closely with client leadership teams to define and implement IT strategies that transform business performance. You will lead consulting teams to deploy customized digital platforms and architectures using state-of-the-art technologies including cloud computing, AI, blockchain, microservices, and containerization.
You will take end-to-end responsibility for complex technical modules, evaluate and coach client technology teams, and manage quality, risk, and client expectations. Beyond project execution, you will demonstrate intellectual leadership, mentor team members, and contribute to practice area development while helping build BCG's brand as a digital leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Define IT strategies and win buy-in from client leadership teams for digital transformation initiatives
- Lead BCG case teams to deploy customized IT strategies, digital platforms, and enterprise architecture solutions
- Develop IT strategies, concepts, and solutions applying technical expertise and analytical skills
- Mentor and develop consulting team members through thought leadership, feedback, and creating growth opportunities
- Present architecture models, MVP designs, and IT modernization roadmaps to C-Level executives
- Contribute to practice area development and business development activities
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in IT strategy consulting, professional software development, or IT project management
- Experience from top consulting firms leading technology and digital initiative projects
- Strong technical expertise in at least two areas: Enterprise Architecture, CRM Platforms, ERP/SAP, Banking/Insurance Platforms, AI/ML/RPA, DevOps, Data Analytics, or Cybersecurity
- Experience managing decision processes at C-Level and presenting to senior executives
- Proven experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing consulting teams
- Experience delivering IT due diligence, assessments, and future-state designs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- University degree in STEM field or business management with above-average academic performance
Preferred Background
Industry experience in Retail, Banking, Insurance, Utility, Oil, Gas, or Telecommunications sectors is preferred.
