Join BCG Platinion as a Senior IT Consultant, where you will combine your passion for technology with strategic consulting to help senior leaders shape the digital future of their organizations. You will work alongside a bold, energetic, and collaborative team, tackling complex technology challenges and delivering business value through innovative solutions.
What You'll Do
- Define IT strategies, architecture visions, and enterprise-wide roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Drive due diligence and technology assessments, helping clients evaluate platforms, risks, and opportunities
- Shape Cloud and Data strategies and IT modernization approaches to enable scalable and resilient IT foundations
- Manage technology programs, de-risk complex initiatives, and bring clarity to IT transformations at scale
- Evaluate and coach clients' technology teams while collaborating with BCG leadership to deliver impactful change
What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or technology consulting in top-tier consulting or leading technology environments
- Strong expertise in at least two areas: Enterprise & Solution Architecture, IT Modernization, Integration; Cloud strategies & migrations (Azure, AWS, GCP); or Data architecture, Data governance & analytics platforms
- Proven experience in technology due diligence, IT roadmap design, and large-scale transformation planning
- Ability to engage with CIOs, CTOs, and C-level leaders, communicating complex technology topics clearly and simply
- Consulting toolkit mastery: excellent slide-making, strategic recommendation structuring, and crisp executive communication
- Engineering degree
- Fluency in English and French

BCG Managing Directors and Partners, BCG Platinion senior leadership, BCG Consultants and Platinion Architects at all levels, and clients' senior leadership including CIOs, CTOs, and CxOs.
