Vos missions

  • Train and develop staff while introducing an SC KPI dashboard and performance management to monitor supply chain performance.
  • Lead optimization projects and end-to-end SC configuration, analyzing customer order patterns to support business goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage warehousing activities with the global logistics team and optimize plant and finished goods inventory to meet corporate targets.
  • Monitor DDps and supplier capacities, identify capacity shortages and escalate proactively while ensuring the expected customer service level.
  • Ensure EHS compliance within the team, including PPE use, product MSDS compliance and reporting of EHS malfunctions and anomalies.

Ideal Background

  • University degree or equivalent education (Management Engineering preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management, optimization and planning in a comparable environment close to manufacturing operations
  • Proven experience in organizational transformation, team leadership and team development
  • Proven track record of supply chain improvements and performance improvement results
  • Wide range of planning experience (capacity planning, supply planning, fine scheduling)
  • Working experience with supply chain planning systems and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Experience in the automotive or industrial sector within a global organization is an advantage
