About the Role

Main Responsibilities

Conduct cycle-time analyses, identify productivity improvement opportunities, and support waste reduction and cost optimization initiatives

Key Qualifications

Technician Diploma or bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field
1 to 3 years of experience in aerospace, composites, or a manufacturing environment
Strong proficiency in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred Experience

Experience in process improvement, industrialization activities, and production support
Knowledge of composite manufacturing processes
