Vos missions

  • Prepare and submit PPAP documentation, and ensure DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, and PSW are complete.
  • Lead the scrap improvement action plan and keep control plans and PFMEA up to date.
  • Identify and mitigate risks during project transfer or launch, and document lessons learned.

  • Ensure updates and compliance with control plans and PFMEA.
  • Prepare and submit PPAP documentation to the customer.
  • Ensure all elements (DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, PSW, etc.) are complete.
  • Identify and mitigate risks during project transfer or launch.
  • Document lessons learned for future projects.

Ideal Background

  • Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience with connector, molding, or cable assembly in a quality department.
  • Working knowledge of specific products and processes is a plus (e.g., molding).
  • Familiarity with supplier APQP tools, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, R@R, and 8D.
  • Thorough knowledge of problem-solving tools.
  • Process auditor skills (mandatory).
  • Basic SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Presentation skills, communication and negotiation skills, and coaching skills.
