Your Role as a Brand Management Intern
You will join a multi-functional Brand team organized around iconic brands (Tide, Ariel, Pampers, Gillette, Oral-B, Head & Shoulders). Working alongside managers with diverse expertise in Brand Management, Sales, Finance, Product Supply, and Advertising, you'll gain real-world experience solving challenging business cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-lead new product launches or evaluate current brand and product strategies
- Lead monthly market and brand analysis, capturing multi-functional team input to recommend corrective actions
- Design and execute brand campaigns (media, digital, CRM, in-store, PR) and lead campaign briefs
- Co-lead digital marketing initiatives including visibility, content, partnerships, and eCommerce
- Co-develop Market and Initiative Reviews and organize internal events

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree student in Business or Engineering, graduating in fiscal year 2027
- Minimum 3-month commitment to the internship
- Passionate about marketing and brand management
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities
- Proficient in English
- Evidence of academic or non-academic achievements

Duration: 3 to 6 months depending on university schedule
