What You'll Do

• Maintain and grow long-term partnerships with key customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• Develop negotiating, sales, financial, and marketing skills while managing client relationships from A-Z
• Contribute to discussions on pricing, assortment, merchandising, and promotions with national key customers and online retailers
• Make commercial recommendations for product categories to improve turnover and sales fundamentals
• Collaborate with customer teams, brand leaders, and colleagues from supply chain and finance functions
• Own one or two significant projects with full responsibility from day one

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree student graduating in Fiscal Year 2027 in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Born leader with strong work ethic and goal orientation
• External focus with genuine passion for sales and marketing
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English
• Creativity and innovation mindset
