About the Role
Müller's Solutions is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics ERP Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and facilitate the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions. Your expertise will ensure systems are aligned with business processes, leading to improved efficiency and agility.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to gather and document business requirements and processes
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics ERP modules to meet client-specific needs
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance user adoption and system understanding
- Support system testing and validation to ensure solutions function optimally within the business context
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users post-implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP in functional consultancy roles
- Proven expertise in at least one Microsoft Dynamics ERP module (Finance, Supply Chain, or Production)
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to convey complex concepts and engage stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines
- Microsoft certifications are a plus
