Vos missions

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nutanix Engineer / Networking IT Support Engineer to provide Break & Fix support services across enterprise infrastructure environments. This freelance, on-call role requires a highly skilled professional who can diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, network, and infrastructure-related incidents efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Nutanix and networking technologies, hold a valid CCNA certification, and demonstrate excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and remote Break & Fix support for networking and infrastructure-related incidents
  • Deploy, configure, and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism)
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, virtualization, and network issues
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems involving TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and related technologies
  • Implement and support backup and disaster recovery solutions

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure, virtualization, networking, or IT support engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience with the Nutanix ecosystem (AOS, AHV, Prism)
  • Experience supporting VMware and/or Hyper-V environments
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching
  • Proven experience providing Break & Fix support in enterprise environments
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and networking issues

Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid CCNA Certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
  • Valid ID/Passport and work permit for Morocco
