Role Overview
As an Order Scheduler, you will manage daily order releases aligned with the Master Production Plan while balancing commercial and industrial constraints. You will coordinate with commercial and industrial teams to optimize production planning and support system transitions.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage daily order releasing and order planning for carlines/clusters according to the Master Production Plan
- Analyze pain points in order planning and implement solutions to resolve operational challenges
- Coordinate with commercial suppliers and industrial teams to align constraints and resources
- Support the transition to the new order planning system (OSS) and provide technical assistance during deployment
- Drive change management initiatives and ensure smooth system implementations
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in logistics
- 1 to 3 years of experience in automotive project management
- Deep understanding of automotive production processes and serial life phase management
- Proficiency in Excel and Office automation tools
- Fluent English (written and spoken) for international collaboration
- Quick learning ability for product ranges and distribution systems (eLIADE, BO, Recadenceur, Pleiade, Locen, OSS)
