Vos missions

  • Maintain product quality and support production and throughput targets while minimising unplanned downtime, losses and flaring.
  • Coordinate plant operations with well and field operations to ensure stable feed and optimum plant performance.
  • Support well start-up, shutdown and changeover activities.
  • Act as a visible leader for Process Safety, support Management of Change (MOC), and ensure teams follow P&IDs, Cause & Effect, SOPs and EOPs.

Profil recherché

  • You have 3+ years of experience as a Process Plant Supervisor in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • You are comfortable working on a 1-month on-site / 1-month off rotation.
  • You have hands-on experience in process plant and production facility operations and can lead teams through abnormal or emergency conditions.
  • You combine strong process safety awareness with a focus on throughput, yield and plant reliability.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Process Plant Supervisor within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong hands-on experience in process plant operations and production facilities.
  • Experience coordinating plant, well and field operations.
  • Strong understanding of process safety, hydrocarbons, pressure systems and hazardous fluids.
  • Ability to lead operations teams and manage abnormal/emergency operating conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise safe, reliable and efficient day-to-day process plant operations.
  • Monitor pressures, temperatures, flows, levels and other critical operating parameters.
  • Ensure operations remain within approved operating envelopes and design limits.
  • Maintain product quality and support production/throughput targets.
  • Coordinate plant operations with well and field operations to ensure stable feed and optimum plant performance.
  • Support well start-up, shutdown and changeover activities.
