The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Product Lead to drive the strategic direction and execution of operational data management initiatives across a portfolio of projects leveraging cutting-edge technologies. You will provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Product Owners, ensuring alignment, consistency, and excellence across all product streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and champion a compelling product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Product Owners, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and high performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level partners, driving alignment on product priorities
  • Set standards and best practices for user story definition, acceptance criteria, and backlog management across teams
  • Oversee and guide prioritization decisions across multiple product backlogs, balancing business value, technical complexity, and customer impact
  • Lead release and roadmap planning at a portfolio level, ensuring dependencies between teams are identified and managed effectively

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, IT Project Management, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in product management or IT business analysis, including 2+ years in a lead or senior role
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring Product Owners or cross-functional product teams
  • Strong ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Natural leader who thrives in challenging environments and inspires others
