About the Role

As a Product Owner, you will serve as the key link between clients, engineers, QA, project managers, and product management on enterprise Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) engagements. You'll leverage deep AEM platform knowledge and Agile delivery expertise to help multi-functional teams deliver high-quality, incremental solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality consulting services and lead ambassadorship in client relationships
  • Function as the lead Product Owner for enterprise AEM projects
  • Analyze complex project issues, identify gaps and solution options, and facilitate client presentations and reviews
  • Mentor and guide team members on AEM implementation best practices and complex technical issues
  • Lead the team in identifying, capturing, and distributing knowledge and standard methodologies
  • Review and elaborate business and technical requirements; develop specifications for interfaces, integrations, and data migrations

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years' experience in Web and/or Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS) technologies
  • 3+ years of direct client consulting experience
  • Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst, combined with Scrum Master or Project Manager experience
  • Strong understanding of productized APIs, SaaS, SOA, Cloud Services, and Content Management Systems
  • Proficiency with Agile Scrum processes, backlog management, and tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with enterprise software implementation and developing requirements for interfaces and integrations
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively in multi-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in user experience design and UI development
  • Development or product testing background
  • AEM Business Practitioner certification

Work Arrangement

100% remote, supporting clients across the United States and Canada. Core collaboration hours aligned to Central Time (CST).
