As a Project Leader or Principal based in Casablanca, you will lead complex client engagements and cross-functional teams, turning BCG's collective intelligence into impactful strategies.
What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional teams in solving clients' most pressing challenges across industries such as technology, financial services, healthcare, and consumer goods.
- Synthesize insights and steer the team's analytical efforts to build impactful client solutions, leveraging BCG's proprietary frameworks, digital tools, and methodologies.
- Engage and build trust with high-level clients, shaping and delivering data-driven narratives and vision-setting.
- Balance hands-on guidance with team autonomy by orchestrating end-to-end program delivery, ensuring quality, and managing scope and timelines.
- Champion professional growth through mentorship, continuous learning, and feedback, and contribute to practice area development and capability building.
What You'll Bring
- 7 to 12 years of combined consulting and industry experience, with proven expertise in leading high-impact, complex engagements.
- Demonstrated project management and leadership skills, including prioritizing and balancing multiple project demands.
