Main Responsibilities

Manage purchasing of direct materials (BOM/production-related) and indirect materials (MRO, services, consumables)
Ensure accuracy of purchase requests and orders in the ERP system with proper segregation of duties
Execute raw material procurement in coordination with planners to meet production needs and maintain appropriate lead times and safety stocks
Monitor and analyze Supplier On Time In Full (SOTIF) performance, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions
Support supplier audits, evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Negotiate prices, terms, and commercial conditions with suppliers aligned with corporate sourcing policies
Draft, renew, and maintain supplier contracts in coordination with Corporate Sourcing, Finance, and Legal
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on spending, savings, and procurement KPIs
Act as main contact between plant and Corporate Sourcing for strategy alignment and supplier category management
Collaborate with Quality, Finance, Planning, Warehouse, and Production teams

Required Qualifications

Engineering degree in Supply Chain or Procurement
5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain in industrial or manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, competitive bidding, and RFQ/RFP management
Good understanding of ERP systems and purchasing workflows
Ability to analyze data, build cost models, and monitor supplier performance
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
High level of integrity with strict respect for compliance requirements
