About the Role
Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software development and quality assessment solutions, is seeking a QA Automation Technical Interviewer. This remote position involves conducting technical interviews, evaluating candidates' QA automation expertise, and collaborating with recruitment teams to identify top talent.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates' expertise in QA automation, testing frameworks, automation tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to design and refine interview questions and assessment techniques for QA automation roles
- Provide detailed feedback and candidate evaluations to hiring managers to support hiring decisions
- Stay updated on latest trends and technologies in QA automation to ensure interview relevance and effectiveness
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and provide constructive feedback with professionalism and impartiality
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in QA automation with deep understanding of automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, or Cypress
- Experience with programming languages relevant to automation testing, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Prior experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or coaching is highly preferred
- Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
