Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in QA automation with deep understanding of automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, or Cypress
- Experience with programming languages relevant to automation testing, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Prior experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or coaching is highly preferred
- Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
