Responsibilities

  • Run exploratory testing, regression passes, and bug reproduction, and write clear, reproducible tickets across the web app, backoffice, AI copilot, and voice-AI stack.
  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for the Next.js apps, shared component library, and Python and Node backend services.
  • Evaluate AI agents for correctness, safety, and prompt or tool regressions, and build reproducible eval harnesses.
  • Test voice agents for latency, turn-taking, transcription accuracy, conversational flow, and real-time failure modes.
  • Work with engineers to shape APIs, server actions, and module boundaries so they are testable by construction.
  • Extend the observability layer and turn production incidents into alerts, dashboards, and regression tests.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Comfortable with exploratory testing, regression passes, and writing clear, reproducible bug reports.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, React, Node.js, or Python is a strong plus.
  • Interest in test automation frameworks (unit, integration, end-to-end) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Curiosity about AI agent evaluation, prompt regression testing, and conversational AI quality.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, strong product sense, and an eye for detail.

Benefits

  • 6-month pre-hiring internship with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role.
  • Flexible and hybrid work environment.
