Role Overview

As a Quality Engineer, you will ensure customer satisfaction by addressing quality concerns, implementing improvement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. You will serve as a key liaison between customers and internal departments, driving quality excellence and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical analysis of customer-claimed parts (Km.0 and Warranties) and review findings
  • Promote preventive and corrective measures in coordination with Plant Quality, Production, Processes, and R&D departments
  • Follow up on incidents and verify effectiveness of implemented corrective actions
  • Lead and coordinate customer audits and visits, ensuring quality protocol compliance
  • Lead PSW, PPAP, and ANPQP activities for new modifications and releases to ensure customer quality requirements are met
  • Coordinate contingency actions and monitor their economic impact

Required Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in Electronics, Industrialization, or Quality Management
  • 3 years of experience in quality engineering, customer service, or related role
  • Strong knowledge of Six Sigma or other quality management systems and problem-solving tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams
  • Mandatory: English language proficiency
