About the Role

Hexcel, a global leader in advanced composites technology, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager for our Casablanca, Morocco manufacturing facility. This is a senior-level position responsible for leading quality operations, ensuring ISO EN9100 compliance, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to implement, improve and maintain ISO EN9100 certifications and quality systems
  • Manage customer complaints, rejections, and corrective action requests while maintaining strong supplier and customer relationships
  • Oversee QC Test Laboratories to ensure accurate test results and adherence to on-time delivery and lead time metrics
  • Prepare and maintain quality plans and manuals for existing and new products, including sampling plans and special customer requirements
  • Measure, track and communicate critical performance metrics (PPM, customer credits, First Pass Yield) to management and corporate
  • Lead quality audits (system, customer, and supplier) and manage IMS with regular internal audit execution and action plan follow-up

Required Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of applicable experience in manufacturing quality departments
  • Technical expertise in statistical process control, root cause analysis, and risk management
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and solve complex problems
  • Proven leadership and communication skills with experience managing teams and reporting to executives
  • Knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP requirements
  • Hands-on experience with measurement and inspection equipment
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
