Role Overview
We are seeking motivated agents based in Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, or Gambia to identify and connect potential candidates with our immigration services.
Main Responsibilities
- Leverage social media and local networks to identify potential candidates for immigration services
- Assist immigration consultants in screening and selecting qualified applicants
- Build and maintain connections with potential clients in your local market
- Support the referral process to connect individuals with Canadian work and residency opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Based in Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, or Gambia
- Strong networking skills or willingness to build connections with potential clients
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Open to learning and growing in a dynamic field
- Sales, immigration, or financial services experience preferred, but not required
Compensation & Growth
Competitive base salary aligned with local standards plus high commission for the first 3 months. After 3 months, your base salary could double or triple based on performance, plus ongoing commission.
