About the Role
Join Greenlight Immigration Inc. as a Full-Time Remote Referral Agent and help people achieve their immigration goals to Canada. This is a Monday-to-Friday remote position where you'll promote immigration services, connect with potential clients, and refer qualified candidates to our immigration consultants.
Main Responsibilities
- Promote services through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and personal networks to reach potential clients
- Conduct initial outreach calls to explain services and assess basic eligibility
- Evaluate client needs and seriousness through first discussions
- Refer qualified clients to the immigration team for professional consultations
- Follow up regularly with referred clients to guide them through the immigration process
- Facilitate secure payments when needed and submit daily or weekly reports on outreach and follow-ups
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, responsible, and proactive approach to work
- Proficiency with social media platforms for service promotion
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets
- Experience in sales, customer service, or client communication (preferred)
- Full availability Monday to Friday
