Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of large-scale enterprise solutions. You will work with onshore and offshore development teams, focusing on presales activities, solution architecting, and proposal development while mentoring junior staff. This is a key role in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for a Microsoft Gold Partner serving medium to large organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across multiple regions and industry domains
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical and functional solutions, driving adoption of new platform features
  • Design domain-specific implementations leveraging out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionality for competitive advantage
  • Lead technical forums, mentor team members, and identify skilling opportunities to reduce knowledge gaps
  • Conduct presales activities, develop proposals, and present solutions to C-Suite stakeholders and Digital Transformation Officers
  • Identify business and project risks, manage distributed teams, and ensure quality delivery while maintaining information security compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 15+ years of proven experience implementing end-to-end large-scale Dynamics CE/CRM solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of all Dynamics 365 CE modules with Architect-level certifications; experience with earlier CRM versions (2016, 2015, 2013, 2011, 4.0)
  • Strong implementation experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, RPA) including Architect certification
  • Broad understanding of software development lifecycle, release management, data migration, and go-live support
  • Experience with Azure Platform and Integration Services (LogicApps, Functions, Azure Service Bus, SQL, Blob storage)
  • Proven ability to architect 7-8+ full-scale industry solutions across Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, Telecom, Manufacturing
  • Strong technical leadership, presentation skills, and ability to influence senior technical executives
  • Experience working with offshore development teams and Agile methodology
  • Bachelor's degree from recognized university in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related computational discipline

Desirable Skills

  • TOGAF or Zachman Framework certification
  • Knowledge of marketing products (Click Dimension, Adobe Marketing Cloud, D365 for Marketing)
  • Multi-region implementation expertise
  • Digital Transformation program design across multiple technologies
