Senior Full Stack Developer
Join our client's Microsoft Business Solutions team, a Microsoft Gold Partner specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP and Customer Engagement) implementations for medium to large organizations.
Role Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will lead architectural discussions, establish development standards, and act as a bridge between development teams and clients. You will mentor developers, drive technical excellence, and take ownership of complex projects while working with minimal supervision.

Main Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide software developers; coach team members to reduce attrition and sustain engagement
- Lead architectural design, technical discussions, and establish programming guidelines and standards across teams
- Develop full-stack solutions using .NET Framework (backend) and React.js (frontend); translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive process improvements, code quality initiatives, and implement efficient testing and release cycles
- Engage with stakeholders and clients to understand priorities, communicate progress, and manage expectations
- Perform technology research, develop proof-of-concepts, and stay current with emerging technologies
Required Skills & Experience
- 6-8 years hands-on IT development experience with proven full-stack expertise
- Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, React.js, object-oriented programming, algorithms, and relational databases
- Experience with asynchronous programming, cloud-based services, containerization, and source control
- Knowledge of document-based databases, DevOps practices, and various software development lifecycles
- Fluent English (written and verbal); excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to mentor colleagues, work in team environments, and adapt to different technologies
