About the Position

We are seeking bilingual sales professionals to present, promote, and sell our services to prospective customers via phone and email. You will use solid closing techniques, analyze customer needs, and demonstrate strong persuasion and objection handling skills to achieve sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and promote educational services to prospective customers through phone and email outreach
• Analyze potential customers' needs and tailor solutions accordingly
• Demonstrate persuasion and objection handling skills to close sales
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
• Continuously improve sales performance to meet and exceed quotas
• Utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Office to manage sales activities

Required Qualifications

• Native-level English proficiency (mandatory)
• Fluent French (mandatory)
• Proven sales experience (mandatory)
• Phone-based sales experience (mandatory)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong persuasion and influence abilities
• Self-motivated with excellent self-learning abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Work Environment Requirements

• Home-office based position with flexible schedule (5 shifts per week)
• Suitable home office setup: quiet environment, Windows PC, high-speed internet
• Ability to be on webcam at all times during shifts
