Main Responsibilities

  • Support the sales organization with technical expertise in cybersecurity solutions and architecture design
  • Work collaboratively with vendors, business partners, and end users to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions
  • Design, create and optimize security solution architectures and system configurations based on customer requirements
  • Conduct technical workshops, product demonstrations, and hands-on training for business partners and end users
  • Support Proof of Concept and Proof of Value activities from design through deployment and validation
  • Prepare technical proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and present recommended solutions to customers
  • Manage quote-to-order processes and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure satisfaction
  • Stay current with new cybersecurity products, technologies, and industry trends while maintaining vendor certifications

Required Qualifications

  • Engineer degree or 5-year equivalent with 3-5 years of related experience
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies: Endpoint Security, EDR, XDR, NDR, Email Security, DLP, Identity Security, IAM, Zero Trust, and Cloud Security
  • Experience with network infrastructure: Routing, Switching, VPN, SD-WAN, Wireless Networking, IPS/IDS, SIEM, SOAR, ZTNA, WAF, CASB, SASE, SWG, and NGFW
  • Knowledge of cloud-native security technologies: CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, and cloud workload protection
  • Proven experience in solution sizing, security architecture design, Proof of Concept execution, and technical demonstrations
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Familiarity with virtualization, Windows/Linux environments, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus
