About the Role

Join Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) as a Palo Alto Technical Pre-Sales Engineer in Casablanca, Morocco. You will be the technical bridge between our sales organization, vendors, business partners, and end users, driving the promotion and implementation of Palo Alto security solutions.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Support Business Partners and End Users with product knowledge, technical expertise, solution selection, Proof of Concept, configuration, sizing and service recommendations
  • Design, create and optimize security solution architectures and system configurations based on customer requirements
  • Conduct technical workshops, enablement sessions, product demonstrations and hands-on training for partners and end users
  • Support Proof of Concept and Proof of Value activities from solution design through deployment, testing and final technical validation
  • Assist the sales organization in preparing technical proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs and presenting recommended solutions to customers
  • Keep up to date with new products, cybersecurity technologies and industry trends while maintaining required vendor certifications

Sales and Coordination

  • Manage quote to order process: provide quotes, technical support, data sheets, and coordinate purchase orders
  • Actively collaborate in business unit achievements and KPIs
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure customer and vendor satisfaction
  • Educate internal sales teams and Business Partners on products, solutions, competitive positioning and security best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Engineer degree or 5-year equivalent with 3-5 years of related experience
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies: Endpoint Security, EDR, XDR, NDR, Email Security, DLP, Identity Security, IAM, Zero Trust and Cloud Security
  • Experience with Routing, Switching, VPN, Network Security, SD-WAN, Wireless Networking, IPS/IDS, SIEM, SOAR, ZTNA, WAF, CASB, SASE, SWG and Next-Generation Firewalls
  • Knowledge of cloud-native security technologies: CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP and cloud workload protection
  • Experience in solution sizing, security architecture design, Proof of Concept execution, troubleshooting and technical demonstrations
  • Fluent in English and French

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies, Windows and Linux environments
  • Experience with public cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platform
