About the Role

As a Senior Delivery Consultant at McKinsey & Company, you will drive the implementation of large transformation programs, working closely with senior client stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into practical initiatives and ensure delivery of measurable, sustainable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead key workstreams within complex transformations, combining structured problem solving, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on implementation
  • Monitor transformation progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery
  • Translate strategic priorities into practical implementation roadmaps and operational initiatives
  • Monitor and report project status regularly, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
  • Gather, interpret data, perform analyses, and present findings to colleagues and client stakeholders
  • Develop practical recommendations and identify potential implementation challenges and solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field with outstanding academic record
  • 3+ years of consulting or business experience with proven achievements and drive for personal growth
  • Ability to successfully manage and deliver small to medium-sized projects
  • Superior problem-solving and relationship-building skills with demonstrated client service commitment
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English and Arabic to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Willingness to travel

Previous experience in the Global Energy & Materials (GEM) sector or equivalent industry exposure is a plus. International experience is also valued.
