Job Purpose

We are seeking a technically proficient Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions supporting business needs across multiple domains. You will build scalable and high-quality Salesforce applications, integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems, and contribute to continuous improvement of the CRM ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and custom functionalities
  • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems through REST APIs and connected applications
  • Create and optimize Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components
  • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
  • Participate in code reviews and support deployment activities including CI/CD implementation
  • Produce technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes

Technical Skills Required

  • Salesforce Development: Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and CRM standard objects (Accounts, Leads, Opportunities, Cases)
  • Lightning Development: Hands-on experience with Lightning Experience, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Automation & Integration: Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, REST APIs, Connected Apps, OAuth flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flows, and Triggers
  • DevOps & Deployment: Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), source control, CI/CD pipelines, and preferably Azure DevOps
  • Software Engineering: Object-oriented programming principles, Agile methodologies, and preferably Java experience

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Significant experience delivering Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration projects
  • Experience working in Agile environments and complete project lifecycle management
  • Salesforce certifications considered a strong advantage
