The Role

We're seeking a highly ambitious Senior Software Engineer to help architect and scale Base360.ai. You'll build customer-facing products, automation engines, AI-powered workflows, integrations, and operational systems that directly impact property managers and their guests.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable applications, services, and APIs powering reservations, availability, pricing, payments, and property operations
  • Build event-driven workflows and AI-powered systems using LLMs and AI agents to automate guest communication, maintenance triage, and portfolio management
  • Create robust, API-first architecture connecting internal services, booking channels, third-party providers, and customer systems
  • Build and maintain integrations with Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google, and other ecosystem partners
  • Deploy and manage cloud-native infrastructure for reliability, performance, and global growth
  • Own projects end-to-end—from problem understanding through architecture, implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement

Technical Stack

Python, FastAPI, React, TypeScript, Supabase, PostgreSQL, AWS, serverless architecture, OpenAI APIs, Twilio, Stripe, Docker, and GitHub Actions.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience building and owning production-grade software systems
  • Expertise with FastAPI, Python, React, or similar frameworks
  • Deep understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud architecture
  • Proven ability to design scalable backend systems and reliable data models
  • Independent work style with sound technical judgment and strong problem-solving skills
  • Product mindset with bias toward action, shipping, and learning from real users

  • Short-term rentals, hospitality technology, or property management systems
  • Multi-tenant SaaS platforms and marketplace integrations
