About the Role
Müller's Solutions is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Platform Architect / Solution Architect to join our innovative team. You will utilize extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to design and implement advanced solutions that drive efficiency and improve client outcomes. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs for ServiceNow solutions
- Architect, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet the unique needs of clients
- Lead solution development, ensuring integration with other systems and adherence to security and compliance standards
- Provide mentorship and guidance to developers and project teams throughout the entire implementation process
- Perform system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet client expectations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectures, configurations, and process workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Platform Architect, specifically with ServiceNow
- In-depth understanding of ServiceNow modules, capabilities, and architecture
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with emphasis on delivering high-quality solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) highly preferred
