About the role
Location: Casablanca-Settat, Morocco (on-site, full-time)
The role supports the development of new production equipment and processes, and provides training and technical support to production in coordination with Country and Production Management teams.
Main responsibilities
- Support and apply planning, standardization and realization of Production Engineering activities, including change management, equipment planning and method of manufacture.
- Ensure implementation of the production concept and integration of new processes in the plant, in collaboration with the Production Concept Team at country level.
- Support the definition and implementation of processes and material flows within the Assembly area line setup.
- Create and maintain manufacturing master data, including MRP, production drawings, bills of material, MES data, board designs and FMEA.
- Create, modify and maintain methods of manufacture documentation, such as work instructions and visual aids, and keep machine and operator instructions up to date.
- Ensure validation and release of production equipment, including new material combinations, tooling, boards, jigs, test tables and workstation layouts.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma in Production Engineering, or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the automotive industry
