About the Role
Join Scalian as a Test Execution & Data Engineer, responsible for executing test cases, validating results, and managing test data in remote-capable environments (SiL, log-based validation, and partial HiL support). This role requires a structured and disciplined execution mindset with the ability to interpret results beyond simple recording, and experience managing large test campaigns.
Main Responsibilities
- Execute defined test cases in SiL and remote environments
- Collect, analyze test data, and interpret logs to identify deviations
- Prepare structured reports and support Problem Report (PR) creation and tracking
- Ensure data quality, completeness, and interface with automation and test design teams
Required Expertise
- 3-5 years of experience in test execution, data analysis, and log interpretation
- Basic understanding of vehicle systems and ECU behavior
- Proficiency with MS Office, Project, JIRA, and Confluence
- Python for data analysis, CANoe, and CANalyzer
- Professional working proficiency in English (mandatory); German is a strong asset
