Duties and Responsibilities

Supervises and coordinates the work of employees within the direct area of responsibility, managing multiple operational areas including the Toolshop, Machining Workshop, and Molding department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for injection molds and oversee repair and maintenance operations in the Molding department
  • Coordinate ordering, manufacturing, and supplier claim processes for injection molds related to new business projects
  • Ensure efficient operation of the Machining area and coordinate capital investment projects
  • Maintain 5S standards across office, Toolshop, Machining Workshop, and storage areas
  • Monitor and drive improvement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct Layered Process Audits (LPA)
  • Lead preparations for customer and system audits, participate in quality analyses, and implement corrective actions
  • Support new product introductions and process development initiatives
  • Manage staffing levels, employee development, recruitment, vacation planning, and budget control
  • Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety, fire safety, and environmental protection regulations

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in Engineering or minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and quality assurance standards
  • Business-level English proficiency with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and proactive management approach
