About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Draft and maintain functional documentation including specifications, user stories, use cases, and workflows
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of data models and business processes
- Ensure consistency and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Support technical teams during development and validate alignment of solutions with business needs
- Actively participate in functional testing, UAT, and validation of deliverables
- Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis methods and tools
- Mentor and coach junior Business Analysts as required
About You
You have:
- Proven experience of 5–7 years minimum as a Business Analyst in complex environments (data, IT, digital transformation, finance)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills
- Excellent communication and workshop facilitation abilities with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and/or Waterfall
- Solid understanding of technical concepts including data, information systems, APIs, and integrations
- Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Professional English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Passion, energy, adaptability, and a desire to expand knowledge and develop new skills
