Business Development Specialist - B2B Sales (Networking Solutions)

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our ambitious sales team in Casablanca, Morocco. You will work with leading telematics and networking solutions, mastering B2B sales skills while generating substantial earnings. Teltonika's networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment including routers, switches, gateways, and modems serving Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy sectors.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify market potential and growth opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, presentations, and frequent visits
• Present and demonstrate product and service value to prospective buyers
• Prepare commercial offers and secure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals
• Attend exhibitions and meetings abroad to represent Teltonika Networks and its products
• Collaborate with technical support and product specialists to address customer requirements

What We Expect

• Fluent English and French (spoken and written) as primary working languages
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales environment
• Organized, results-oriented, and challenge-driven personality
• Experience with CRM systems
• Ambition to generate substantial earnings by conquering foreign markets
• Willingness to travel abroad frequently
