Director of Finance – Hotel Operations

About the Role

As Director of Finance at Hilton, you will oversee all hotel financial operations while delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. You'll serve as a strategic financial leader, ensuring alignment with hotel goals, optimizing profitability, and supporting business growth through data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive financial strategy and oversee all financial operations to optimize profitability and efficiency aligned with hotel strategic goals
• Direct financial planning, analysis, annual budgets, and projections to support informed business decisions
• Serve as primary financial advisor to hotel management, ownership, and department heads with data-driven recommendations
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and maintain strong financial controls to safeguard assets
• Oversee financial reporting systems and processes for accuracy, efficiency, and transparency
• Monitor and authorize hotel sales, purchases, salaries, and expenses to maintain fiscal responsibility
• Cultivate high-performing teams through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
